After working for many contractors I started this company because I saw a need for personalised serviced in the industry. Often, people hire a contractor and spend hours discussing the project and the contractor tells them what he is going to do and how he will pay attention to all the details. Then he sends a crew of inexperienced, or under qualified workers in that have no idea of the scope of the project. They don’t know any of the details, nor do they care. Ultimately customers seem to be unhappy with promises and plans that are not met.

With J&S the guy you hire is the guy that does the work. I will work with you, one on one, from start to finish. We are responsible and accountable for all aspects of the projects. Typically, general contractors charge 15 – 20% on top of all tradesmen that walk thru the door. If the plumber does the job for $1000.00 it costs you $1200.00. This is a unfair practice that no consumer wants to experience. We will contact you with service providers that we work closely with on all of our projects. They will work for you directly to get the job done properly for the right price. My goal is to provide the customer with the best service as possible so that you will consider us for all your home improvement needs. In today’s world it is very difficult to get any service or accountability for anything. We can offer that service at a reasonable cost.
